Louie Wilbern “Web” Boler, 81, of Fillmore, passed away at his residence, Wednesday, September 23, 2009. He was born in Brownsburg, October 31, 1927 to Will Olie and Mary Jane (Leonard) Boler. Mr. Boler was an over the road truck driver, drove for Cloverdale Agri Center, and also was a self employed truck driver. He was an Army Veteran and a member of the Spencer VFW.
He is survived by daughters, Jane (Calvin) Shrader of Brazil, Janet (Jon) Pawelczyk of Fillmore, and Shirley (Clyde) Siddons of Coatesville, sons, Wilbern (Jenny) Boler of Russellville, and Douglas Boler of Greencastle, sister Alma Lane of Freedom, 22 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary (Bixler) Boler, sons, Lewis DeWayne Boler, Steven Edward Boler and Jack Dennis Boler, brothers, Joseph Boler, Marion Boler, and Paul Henry Boler, and sisters, Mary Louise Leonard, Evelyn Boler McClure, and Jeanette Boler Cross.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., September 26, 2009 at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer. Pastor Steve Williams will officiate. Burial will follow at New Union Cemetery in Owen County. Friends may call 9am until services time on Saturday.
