Army National Guard Sgt. Ryan Porter of Neenah, will be on hand to share a discussion about the role of the military in the Middle East, Thursday, Nov. 12. The presentation is open to the public and will take place at Wieting Family Funeral Home on Teckla Pl. in Kiel An assistant chaplain serving in Iraq, Porter is connected to this area through the Blue Star Moms. His presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. The session will take place from 6:30~7:30 pm. Public is invited to attend. Recognizing that men may experience and express grief differently; Affinity Visiting Nurse Hospice and Wieting Family Funeral Home are co-sponsoring an evening for MEN ONLY. Come join us on July 25 at 6:00 PM for an evening to meet other men who may be experienceing some of the same feelings you are. If you know of other men who are experiencing the death of a loved one or who have grieved in the past and still have questions about grief, we encourage you to invite them.
