| Anna Rose Hensley Foster, age 92, of Sulphur Rock, Arkansas died Saturday, October 31, 2009 in a Batesville hospital. Born on March 28, 1917 in Cord, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Frank Hensley and Ollie Parr Hensley.
She was a retired Garment Factory worker and was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include two nephews, Hulon Ray Herring and Billy Allen Herring and his wife, Linda all of Cord; three great nephews, Keith Herring of Cord, Mike Herring of Oldsmar, FL and Marcus Herring of Glencoe, AR; one great niece, Joslie Herring of Cord and several great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Allen Hensley, Roy Hensley and Troy Hensley and by one sister, Mildred Herring. Services will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2:00 p.m., at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Denny Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in the Hopewell Cemetery in Cord under the direction of Willis Funeral Service of Batesville. Pallbearers will be Marcus Herring, Curtis Smith, Bobby Hawkins, Jay Lynn Anderson, Bill Qualls and Brenda Horn. Honorary pallbearers are Keith Herring, Mike Herring, Thurman West, Billy West and Marvin West. Visitation is Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. with the services beginning at 2:00 p.m. | ||
