Floyd Johns, age 83, died November 3, 2009 in a Little Rock hospital. He was born September 12, 1926 in Thida, Arkansas to the late Van and Alberta Johns. He is survived by his five sons, Floyd Lee Johns, Gary Allen Johns, Roger Dale Johns, Jeral Edward Johns, and Ronnie Randall Johns; and thirty-five grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Rachel Johns; two sons, Van and Billy Lynn Johns; one daughter, Betty Ruth Johns; and three brothers, William Merle Johns, Freeman Lee Johns, and Roy Hinkle Johns. The family will have a private service.
