 | Sandi Willis Owner Sandi is owner and office manager of Willis Funeral Service. She is also a licensed funeral director and deputy coroner of Independence County.
Sandi handles all office administration of the funeral home. She is very compassionate to the needs of each family we serve.
Sandi loves to spend time with her husband on their farm.

 | Hardy Willis Manager Hardy is manager of Willis Funeral Service. He is a licensed funeral director/embalmer and in 2004 was elected coroner of Independence County. Hardy is qualified to do DNA retrieval for families at the funeral home if the family has a need for that service.
Hardy is a lifelong resident of Independence County and is very familiar with the needs of area families.

| | Buckey Lee Overcast Funeral Director, Embalmer and Deputy Coroner Buckey Overcast moved to Batesville in November 2008 from Searcy, Arkansas where he served his apprenticeship. Buckey is originally from Carson City, Nevada. Buckey is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He takes pride in his work and strives to make sure all families are taken care of and is always trying to improve himself and the service he provides. |
 | Joey Hays Funeral Director Joey is a licensed funeral director at Willis Funeral Service and deputy coroner for Independence County. Joey is a lifetime resident of Pleasant Plains,a member of Flippo Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, and in his free time he enjoys raising cattle and riding his motorcycle. |
| | Sara Justus Funeral Director/Emblamer Sara Justus began working at Willis Funeral Service in July 2009. She previously worked at Dillinger's Funeral Home in Newport, Arkansas. She is a graduate of University of Arkansas at Mountain Home. She is very willing and able to assist the families in their time of need. |
| | Jackson Wayne Barber Apprentice Jackson Barber has lived in the Melbourne area his entire life. He began working at Willis Funeral Home in July of 2009. He is attending Arkansas State University of Mountain Home to earn his Funeral Science Degree. He is an apprentice embalmer and funeral director. Jackson is very devoted to his career and plans to serve each family as if it was his own. |
